How chartering works
arxtrade is a brokered marketplace. Owners and charterers find each other through the listings, and an appointed broker runs each deal through to a signed charter party.
- Charterers
- Search by specification, location and dates, then send an enquiry with the period, work location and scope. You deal with your appointed broker, who keeps you informed and shares the recap and charter party for review.
- Owners
- List each unit with its particulars and photos and keep the calendar current. arxtrade reviews every listing before it goes live. Enquiries reach you through the broker, never as unsolicited contact.
- Brokers
- Appointed by arxtrade for each enquiry. The broker negotiates terms with both sides, circulates documents and records the fixture, delivery and redelivery.
- arxtrade
- Verifies companies, reviews listings, appoints brokers and oversees every enquiry from first contact to redelivery. Every step is logged on the enquiry.
